GF, Vegan Pancakes:
-3 cups gluten free oat flour
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-4 tbs honey
-1/8 tsp baking soda
-6 tbs oil
-2 cups water

Mix dry ingredients and add wet then mix well.  As this batter sits during cook time it will thicken just add water as you go to thin it out before you add to pan.

Gooey Chocolate Cake GF vegan

1 3/4 cup GF Oat Flour
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder (corn free)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vinegar
*I added 1/4 cup of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips to a couple batches :)

-Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl
-measure out all wet ingredients in separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
-Add vinegar last
Pour into a greased 8X8 pan.

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
